SALON POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled within the 48-hour will result in 50% of the service and time reserved charged as a service fee. Day of cancellations and no-calls / no-shows will result in 100% of the booked service and time being charged to the guest. We provide text and email reminders 1 week prior, 2 days prior, and the day before a reservation to help ensure you do not miss your reservation.
RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS
All reservation at Flaunt Studio require a credit card on file. If you prefer not to provide a credit card for your reservation, we will secure a 50% deposit of the services and time reserved.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
Our goal is to meet your expectations - every visit. Guests may contact us within 5 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 10 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
We love meeting your family and loved ones, but for safety reasons, please don’t bring children under the age of 6 to your appointment with you unless they also have a reservation at the salon.
ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept cash, Zelle, and all major credit cards. Guests may pay by check after their first visit.
